The Combination Lifesaving Course at Toronto Swim School is designed for individuals who want to complete multiple lifesaving certifications efficiently in one structured program. This accelerated course combines Bronze Medallion, Standard First Aid with CPR-C, and Bronze Cross, providing a strong foundation in water rescue, first aid, and emergency response.
This program is ideal for teens and adults preparing for advanced training such as the National Lifeguard (NLS) certification. All courses are delivered in accordance with Lifesaving Society standards.
Course Overview
Participants in this combined program will learn how to:
• Perform effective water rescues in challenging situations

Bronze Medallion
Focuses on the fundamentals of lifesaving, including:
• Judgment, knowledge, fitness, and skill development
• Tows, carries, defence methods, and releases
• Timed swims and endurance training
Standard First Aid with CPR-C

• Adult, child, and infant CPR (CPR-C)

Prerequisites & Requirements
• Minimum age: 13 years old
• Participants must successfully complete each certification in sequence
• 100% attendance is mandatory to receive certifications
